We work exclusively with commercial customers, helping businesses navigate and manage their telecommunications needs.

Your job is simple:

show up with a great attitude, connect with people, and help customers find what they need. What You'll Do ∙ Welcome and greet customers in a warm, professional manner ∙ Help customers understand telecom products and services (WiFi, Phone, TV, and merchant processing) ∙ Handle day-to-day tasks with energy and a sense of urgency ∙ Build genuine connections with customers through conversation ∙ Represent our brand at retail locations and in the field What We're Looking For ∙ Friendly, outgoing personality ∙ Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions ∙ Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player ∙ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn ∙ Basic knowledge of telecom services is a plus, but not required We will train you.
