Your ability to communicate clearly, upsell services confidently, and provide outstanding customer service will help keep our clients happy and their vehicles running smoothly. Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair options, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, transmissions, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Upsell additional maintenance or repair services to enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs Prepare detailed auto estimating and service writing documentation for all repairs performed Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain thorough records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories to ensure seamless communication Qualifications Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing processes Hands-on mechanic experience or service technician background is highly advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Knowledge of automotive systems including transmissions, oil changes, auto body repair, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engines, shocks & struts, brake repair, air brake systems, and other mechanical components Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust Cash handling experience combined with a sales-oriented mindset is a plus Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care while building meaningful relationships with our customers!
