What it's like to be a Service Developement Representative at Service Developement Representative As a Service Development Representative at Minden Medical Center, you will play a pivotal role in implementing strategic business and marketing plans within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities include collecting valuable information from referring professionals and facilities while engaging directly with potential patients through pre-admission screenings. Acting as a vital liaison, you will facilitate the flow of information between patients and the hospital's intake department to assess admission eligibility. Beyond screenings, you will assist patients and families in exploring care alternatives, effectively communicating results and recommendations to ensure adherence to company policies. Being actively involved in community service development, you will have the opportunity to provide consultative and educational resources, promoting mental health prevention awareness. By building strong relationships with community resources and networks, your ultimate goal will be to enhance the quality of life for mental health patients, ensuring a seamless continuum of care across the board. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing preferred, or Business Development Experience with a focus on healthcare.License:
N/A Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years experience in Sales or Development in healthcare and/or medical industry is required- Proven experience in marketing/sales/customer service and or a clinical educator.
