Title:
Administrative Specialist Salary depends on experience. Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Primary Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner Communicate any customer needs to appropriate personnel Answer/route phone calls and take messages Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Serve customers in person and over the phone by providing product and service information and resolving product and service issues Provide operations support and documentation support for Managers Handle incoming and outgoing mail Prepare and maintain company documents and reports Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts Process all payment using various pay services Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma required Collage degree or related work experience recommended Previous office Experience Expert customer service skills Problem solving, computer savvy Organizational skills, thoroughness Phone and documentation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Good communication skills and detail oriented Ability to learn general warehouse task
