Job Description

Salary:
$17.50 - 17.50 per hour + none

S_174949 Do you pride yourself on delivering top-tier service even when the pressure is on? Our Port Allen client is looking for Customer Service Representatives with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for Microsoft Office programs. Whether it's managing a project schedule or resolving a tricky customer request, you'll be the face of our commitment to excellence. 1+ year of call center experience is preferred, but a 'can-do' attitude is required!
Typical Shifts available:
6a-2:30p and 3:00p - 11:30p
Hourly Pay Rate:
$17.50
Responsibilities:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Skills:
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
