Robert Half Customer Service Representative Acton, MA Apply Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Acton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring all information is accurately entered into the system.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while working independently to meet service goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay critical customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning and applying new processes or systems as required.
- Travel or transition to a permanent role, if offered, to support organizational needs. Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as order entry systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to new systems or processes quickly.
- Background in manufacturing, risk, or defense industries is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to travel or consider permanent placement opportunities in the future.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and techniques to provide seamless support.
