Client Services Assistant

Join the Loaves & Fishes Client Services Team! Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, this person must be committed to our mission of providing nutritious groceries to those who need it in an atmosphere of kindness and respect.

Principal Responsibilities:

 Organize and prepare delivery program orders and collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment  Monitor voicemail and email for the Client Services Team  Enter, update and verify data in the client database. Produce reports.  Maintain a collection of resource materials and informational pantry materials in multiple languages  Provide coverage for the department in the absence of the Client Services Coordinator  Assist the Client Services Coordinator with a variety of tasks including: ensuring an effective and efficient client flow, client outreach, and supervising, training, and providing support to client-facing volunteers Exciting Job Opportunity  Submit cover letter and resume to jobs@loavesfishespantry.org  Hourly, non-exempt position, 20 hours per week  $20 per hour  See website for full job description www.loavesfishespantry.org
