Daily Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, logistics, and production within your assigned territory Accurately enter and manage customer orders received via email, phone, fax, or EDI systems Collaborate with sales teams to confirm pricing and resolve order-related issues Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery Process contracts and confirm orders to meet service and delivery expectations Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support efficient operations Maintain knowledge of product specifications, customer needs, and market dynamics Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements Support special projects and additional duties as assigned Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Approximately 2 years of college education preferred Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Proactive, team-focused mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Apply Today This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in customer service, order processing, and manufacturing support while working with a team that values quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
