For over 30 years, we've combined in-house production and modern manufacturing technology to deliver high-quality printed products at scale. Our work supports a wide range of clients across multiple industries, including national brands and television productions such as Wicked Tuna, Street Outlaws, and Ghost Hunters. Job Overview We are seeking a Print Production Specialist to join our Beverly team. This role combines front counter customer service with hands-on production work. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and internal job intake, while also supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities Customer Service / Front Counter Greet and assist walk-in customers and incoming inquiries Take in jobs and help customers understand production options and timelines Answer basic questions about orders, status, and production process Ensure accurate intake of job details and specifications Communicate clearly with production and sales teams regarding customer needs Create quotes for walk-in customers Educate walk-in customers on Seaside's wide range of services Production Support Operate and assist with digital printing production equipment Prepare materials for printing production runs Assist with cutting, trimming, finishing, and assembly Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Help manage workflow to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable interacting with customers in person High attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitask environment Willingness to learn production equipment and processes Ability to stand for long periods and lift production materials as needed Prior customer service, retail, print shop, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off On-the-job training across both customer service and production Stable full-time role in an established company
