Job Description
The Boat Guy, Inc is looking to add another exceptional service writer to our Cataumet team. Must have experience in the marine or auto industry and have multitasking abilities! Looking for an extremely organized person with commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Candidate must be able to work with the service manager and technicians. This position will interact on the frontline with clients regarding their boat repair and service needs. Ideal for a individual already experienced in marine or auto parts. Knowledge and passion for boating is key for success in this position. Exceptional pay and benefits including 4 day work week in summer and winter.
Applicant should have the following:
- Great attitude
- Marine or Auto service experience
- Willingness to work with a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Above excellent customer service skills in store and on the phone
- Incredible follow-up skills
- Familiarity with outboard repair and maintenance Some responsibilities to include:
- Answering a multi line phone
- File warranty claims and follow up
- Writing, Tracking, and Following Through on All Work Orders
- Customer Follow Up
- Tracking Technician Efficiency and Billable Time
- Coordinate repair and delivery schedule with team members
- Bill service work

$60,000.00- $90,000.
