• $25 per hour About Offroad Alliance Offroad Alliance is a leading online retailer of truck, off-road, overland, and automotive accessories.

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse, Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate to join our team and help support our growing operation. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with order fulfillment, customer support, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using computers, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. Position Overview Working directly with our Fulfillment Manager, you will play an important role in the daily operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving inventory, processing orders, shipping products, assisting customers with order-related issues, and helping maintain an organized warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive inbound freight and parcel shipments
• Unload and organize incoming inventory
• Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and stock management
• Prepare shipments and ensure products are packaged properly
• Process returns and assist with order-related issues
• Communicate with customers regarding shipments, returns, and order inquiries
• Help resolve customer concerns in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Use warehouse and order management software to process orders and update information
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, web-based software, and order management systems. Ability to learn new software and troubleshoot routine customer and order-related issues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience
• Forklift experience
• Automotive, truck, off-road, or aftermarket accessory knowledge
