Customer Support Specialist TechNeeds Customer Support Specialist Chelmsford, MA Apply Description:

With customers in more than 140 countries, they continue to expand their reach, as well as their product offerings. Hospitals, emergency medical services (EMS), and others trust them to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service.\ We are seeking candidates who have worked in a corporate environment providing B2B customer service in a call-center-like setting.\ This role involves handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. The position supports a growing company that delivers innovative medical devices and software solutions worldwide, with a focus on maintaining outstanding customer relationships.\Work Schedule:
\ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM (hybrid with remote days on Monday and Friday)\
Pay:
\$30/hr\Required Skills and Experience:
\- 1-2 years of solid customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment\
- Proficiency in using computer databases and order processing systems\
- Professional telephone manner and a strong customer focus\
- Attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure accurate order processing\
- Ability to understand complex product configurations and handle multiple tasks efficiently\
- Effective oral and written communication skills\
- Ability to quickly learn and apply company policies and procedures\
