We leverage the latest technologies to develop cutting edge digital SaaS tools that change the way insurance brokers manage everyday tasks. Our team is still small, but we are growing rapidly. We are seeking talented individuals who are excited to take this journey with us and who will have a massive impact on our future product launches with some of the largest insurance brokers in the world! About Who You Are We're looking for a skilled and experienced certificate processor to provide reliability testing and customer service for our products. Our ideal candidate is an organized, communicative and detail-oriented individual with good documentation habits. You will help test our SaaS platform, provide critical input into the evolution of our product and work with customers to assist with the onboarding process. What You'll Do Work with our Product Manager to test and troubleshoot the functionality of our product Work with our Customer Success Manager to address users' needs Ensure our product iterations are ready for release through careful inspection Help us build amazing product experiences for our customers Provide product quality feedback Conduct product demonstrations via Zoom or webinars Assist customers as they process certificates of insurance through our platform Our Ideal Candidate Has Commercial Lines experience with an insurance broker or carrier At least 3 years of experience processing certificates of insurance on a major AMS platform from Vertafore or Applied Systems Experience working with customers A detail-oriented mindset which allows them to catch and report on potential problems
