We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our customers, coordinating service needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner
- Accurately process orders, service requests, and account updates
- Educate customers on Guard Oil services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
- Maintain detailed customer records and service logs with accuracy and discretion
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Assist with billing and account reconciliation tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales-related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
