Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.

Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
