Job Description

Robert Half's client in Grafton MA is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to help their team out with a short-term engagement!

Responsibilities include
  • Customer service
  • Answering/Transferring calls
  • Order/Quote entry
  • Track status of orders
  • Ability to multitask
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Ensure accuracy
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus!

M-F | 8am-5pm
