Customer Service Associate:

Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email Support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty info Monitor customer portals and track service/delivery updates Process payments, order updates, and shipping documents accurately Collaborate closely with service, sales, and delivery teams Resolve escalated customer concerns with care and efficiency Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and internal procedures •This is not a Sales Role•

Requirements:

What You Bring:
