Job Description

We're seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service to guests in our Holyoke location. Available positions range from 35-40 hours per week and evenings and weekends are required. Could you be the right fit for our team? We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work and strives to do their best every day Is dedicated to providing excellent customer service Thrives in a fast-paced environment Works effectively with a diverse group of people Essential job functions include: Checking identification and managing flow of customers into and out of the store Acting as a knowledgeable and helpful guide to assist customers in selecting the right products Fulfilling orders Running cash register and point of sale system Monitor incoming pre-orders and ensure orders are received and sent to fulfillment Pick products for customer orders Take orders by telephone Ensure accuracy of cash drawers Report any issues that may be in violation of company policy or applicable laws Engage with customers as they wait in line to enter the store Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma/GED or equivalent life experience, and 1-2 years' retail, sales or customer service experience. Previous supervisory experience is a bonus, as is the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish. Cannabis industry experience is not required - we provide paid training!
