As an Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Representative, your expertise and precision directly influence customer loyalty and brand reputation. Your expertise ensures every interaction builds trust and delivers excellence. Positioned on the front line, you uphold the highest standards in the industry. Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Representative Act as the frontline expert for Verizon Fios customers, delivering prompt, knowledgeable support across service inquiries, account setup, and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve fiber-optic connectivity issues using Verizon-approved protocols, including router configuration, equipment resets, and signal optimization. Translate complex technical information into customer-friendly language, ensuring every interaction builds trust and reinforces Verizon's commitment to service excellence. Guide customers through billing, account management, and service upgrades, offering tailored solutions that align with Verizon Fios offerings and customer needs. Identify and address service concerns proactively, preventing escalation and enhancing overall customer satisfaction with Verizon's fiber network. Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in Verizon's CRM system, ensuring accurate records and seamless follow-up. Represent Verizon with professionalism and integrity, maintaining brand standards in every conversation and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience. What We're Looking For in the Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Representative? Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset, with a professional, solution-oriented approach to customer issues. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. Demonstrated interest in fiber-optic technology, with the ability to quickly learn Verizon's products and services. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to support residential territory coverage and on-site customer visits.
