In this role, you'll handle client inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure our customers receive the best coverage and support possible. Base salary:

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Parental Leave Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Evenings Off Weekends Off Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Previous P&C insurance experience is required Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a small-team environment Proficiency with digital tools, software, and online portals Responsibilities Provide exceptional service and support to new and existing clients Prepare insurance quotes and review policy options with clarity and confidence Recommend coverage changes and ensure clients' needs are met accurately Conduct annual policy reviews and handle renewals, billing issues, and rewrites as needed Maintain accurate records and consistent communication within the team Stay current with CE credits to maintain your Property & Casualty license
