Customer Service Representative (Temporary - 6-8 Weeks) Location - Littleton, MA We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our team on a temporary basis for approximately 6-8 weeks . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Required Qualifications Strong customer service and phone communication skills Proficiency with standard computer applications Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM systems and customer account management tools High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy

Assignment Details Duration:

Approximately 6-8 weeks (coverage for leave)

Location:

On-site in Littleton, MA Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
