The Role As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service and maintain a high-retention book of business. CRS's main functions are to service customers' policies and assist agents with the administrative tasks related to produced sales and service customer accounts. The goal of a CSR is also to create a life-long relationship with clients by maintaining high retention with account rounding additional personal lines products, onboarding, and proving top-tier customer service. CSR will need to assist clients with RTA's, cancelling prior policies, adding additional vehicles, and on occasion rewrite policies when needed. Why Join Koch Protect?
