Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative 2 to support order management activities for a manufacturing-focused team. This is a Contract position that requires strong customer support skills, accuracy in order entry, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal partners. The ideal candidate brings prior experience working with ERP platforms in a production or manufacturing environment and can manage customer requests, order changes, and issue resolution effectively.
Responsibilities:
Enter customer orders into ERP systems with a high degree of accuracy and confirm that all order information is complete before processing.
Review incoming orders for discrepancies, resolve exceptions related to pricing or order details, and follow through to completion.
Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding order status, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and revisions in a timely manner.
Track orders throughout the fulfillment cycle and maintain up-to-date documentation for purchase orders, confirmations, and related records.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to support efficient order flow and consistent customer communication.
Monitor credits, cancellations, and order adjustments while ensuring updates are properly recorded in the system.
Provide attentive inbound customer support and help maintain a high standard of service across all interactions.
Learn and use assigned ERP tools, including initial training in Syteline followed by Oracle, to support daily order management tasks.
