We help businesses, organizations, and individuals bring their ideas to life through professional printing, graphic design, signage, promotional products, apparel, direct mail, and marketing solutions. We are looking for a talented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has a creative eye for design, and is comfortable managing projects from concept through production. Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email Consult with customers on print, design, signage, promotional products, apparel, and marketing projects Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships Follow up on proofs, approvals, project status, and completed orders Estimating & Order Management Prepare quotes and estimates for customer projects (training provided) Create invoices and enter orders into our production management system Review project specifications, quantities, materials, and pricing for accuracy Coordinate projects between customers and production staff Maintain organized job records and ensure projects move smoothly through production Graphic Design & Prepress Design and edit artwork for business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, booklets, signage, banners, promotional products, and other marketing materials Prepare customer-supplied files for production Create print-ready PDFs and production files Review artwork for proper setup including fonts, images, colors, bleeds, and resolution Make revisions and updates based on customer feedback Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and project specifications Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems Preferred Experience Experience in graphic design, print production, sign shops, marketing agencies, copy centers, or related industries Understanding of commercial printing processes and file preparation Experience with estimating, order entry, or project coordination Familiarity with digital print production and prepress workflows Why Join Our Team?
