Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Client Service skills Quality Focus Problem Solving Freight Forwarding Knowledge Documentation Skills Listening Resolving Conflict Ability to Multi-task Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components Sitting for extended periods of time Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
