We deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final vehicle delivery — and our front-of-house team plays a critical role in that promise. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is a client experience and revenue-support role where your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to identify opportunities directly impact company growth. No automotive experience is required — we will train the right personality. If you are coachable, competitive, team-oriented, and looking for long-term career growth, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional, luxury environment Educate clients on PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services Recommend premium packages, add-ons, and bundled solutions Provide accurate estimates and process invoices Perform vehicle walk-arounds and documentation Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up with cold leads and past clients Coordinate scheduling with the service team for drop-offs and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Assist with vehicle photos and social media content (a plus) What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred (retail or luxury experience is a plus) Passion for high-end vehicles or luxury products is a bonus Seeking long-term growth — not just a job Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay ($22-$25 based on experience) Commission on up-sold services and revenue Clear growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive, long-term team culture Work in a premium automotive environment Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Employer Paid Life Insurance HSA If you're looking for a company you can grow with and take pride in representing, we'd love to meet you.
