Summary Customer Service Representative role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellent service. Based in Needham, MA, this position involves engaging with clients and supporting their needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide detailed information about our laundry equipment and services. Assist clients with scheduling repairs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Promote our products and services to potential clients. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on customer success. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or client services. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Outbound calling or call center experience preferred. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and professionalism. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
