In this role, you'll own the process from start to finish — responding to inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and following through until the order is booked and shipped. You'll work closely with sales, purchasing, and operations to make sure every quote and order is timely, accurate, and aligned with customer needs. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email while ensuring prompt and thorough resolutions. Manage the full order lifecycle from the quote generation to order shipment. Review requests for quotation (RFQs) and determine pricing, lead time, and product availability. Prepare and issue customer quotes quickly and accurately using customized software specifically used in printed circuit board and component design. Communicate clearly with customers to confirm requirements, resolve questions, and provide status updates. Follow up on open quotes to maximize order conversion. Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer communications in the CRM system. Support sales and customer service teams as needed with product or order information. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in quoting, inside sales, or order processing (CAD/CAM, manufacturing or distribution experience a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines. Team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
