Client Support Specialist

On a typical day you will: Build meaningful relationships with clients while fulfilling their requests. Handle client issues from start to finish, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes. Build your knowledge base to become a go to resource for clients and coworkers. Assist clients in processing their payroll accurately and on time. You'll also support their time management, recruiting, onboarding, and provide guidance on all our HR modules. You'll thrive in this position if you: Enjoy problem solving : you are someone who can take a step back and look at the bigger picture to determine why and how something took place and relay that to others clearly.
