Job Description

Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Representative - Norton, MA A growing promotional products distribution company specializing in branded merchandise, print, direct mail, and fulfillment services is hiring for a CSR/ Inside Sales position.
Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and prospects. Respond promptly to inquiries, provide product recommendations, and deliver accurate quotes. Partner with outside Sales Representatives by preparing quotes, managing order details, following up on opportunities, and helping close deals. : Research and source promotional products from vendors, negotiate pricing when appropriate, and select the best options to meet client needs and budgets. Process orders, place purchase orders with vendors, coordinate artwork approval, and track production and delivery timelines. Oversee projects end-to-end, including print, direct mail, and fulfillment services. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Manage kitting, warehousing, shipping, and inventory needs for promotional campaigns. Prepare invoices, handle billing questions, process payments, and maintain accurate records in our CRM and order management systems.
Relationship Building:
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and help grow existing client accounts through excellent service. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a similar role (experience in promotional products, printing, or direct mail is a strong plus). Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort with CRM/ERP system
