Customer Service Representative

VacMotion is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Full time.

What we are looking for:

Someone with customer service or admin experience Strong communicator—both written and verbal. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly. What you'll be doing: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email Order entry and invoicing Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Occasional light product assembly as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, data entry or other related fields Extreme attention to detail is required Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Excel Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus Competitive pay (+$22.00/hr) Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan.
