- Handle inbound calls to address maintenance and repair inquiries, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on quotes, gather customer feedback, and promote maintenance programs.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Upsell maintenance programs by highlighting their value and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and resolve customer issues.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated by customer interaction and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in order entry and record-keeping systems.
- Ability to upsell services and products with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
