This Client Account Associate position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, building connections, and contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The Client Account Associate serves as an important connection between our clients and prospective customers. The Client Account Associate will help individuals understand available services and identify solutions that fit their needs. Client Account Associate:
Engage face to face with customers to discuss available products and services. Assist with customer queries and account enrollment. As the Client Account Associate, you will develop an understanding of customer needs and present appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate customer information and account records.
