Job Description
Our client, a Salem, MA based company in the insurance space is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative on a temp to hire or direct hire basis for an immediate opening they are looking to get filled. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. The client ideally is looking for someone who comes with a year of insurance based experience, but is also open to seeing entry level candidates with no experience as well.
