We are a busy, well-established 6-doctor veterinary clinic in Shrewsbury looking for a Client Service Representative to join our growing team!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first face our clients see and the first voice they hear, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every pet and their family. We are open to candidates at all experience levels — veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way here.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer a multi-line phone system and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner Schedule and manage appointments for a high-volume, multi-doctor practice Maintain accurate client and patient records Cross-train as a veterinary technician assistant, including restraining animals and assisting with prescription fulfillment and medication dispensing Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to ensure smooth daily flow Handle client concerns and follow-ups with empathy and professionalism
SCHEDULE
Full-time position Two Saturdays per month required
COMPENSATION
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
