Maintain a professional manner at all times Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments and return all customer call inquiries Requirements

• Service Advisor Service Advisor experience: 1 year Outstanding customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Positive attitude with a sense of urgency Ability to multi-task Heavy Duty truck experience preferred Must have great customer service skills.
