We are dedicated to providing our customers with outstanding and timely service and pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly voice and face that our patients see when they come to visit our main location. You will be working with these customers directly, solving their issues, and making sure they have a positive experience with clear communication and effective problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Managing multiple customers throughout the day Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives when needed Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile Keep records of all paperwork to allow for proper billing to insurance carriers; ensure correct steps are followed and present with confidence Ability to meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Communicating with upper management any inefficiencies and issues that you see in your day-to-day responsibilities
