  • Full-time Toyota of Watertown is looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our rapidly expanding service department.
If you believe being a Service Advisor is a true craft—one built on charisma, communication, and thorough product knowledge—we want to talk to you. We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus (paid after eligibility requirements are met). As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting customers and handling requests related to the repair and servicing of their vehicles. Service Advisors are key players in the dealership, fostering positive customer relations through clear communication and consistent follow-up on repair status and costs.
Job Responsibilities:
Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized schedule Conducting post-repair follow-up Resolving customer complaints
Job Qualifications:
Great attitude with a high-energy personality Ability to work hard with limited supervision Automotive Service Advisor experience required Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional personal appearance and strong work ethic Strong customer service skills Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
