What You'll Do:

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email Process payments and maintain accurate client records Support our veterinary team to ensure a seamless client experience ✔ 2+ years of customer service experience preferred ✔ Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required ✔ Strong communication and organizational skills ✔ Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment ✔ Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude ✔ Passion for delivering exceptional client care Why Join Us?
