• Full-time Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Process payments and handle cash transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service or related field preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer information
• Proficient in using CDK or similar DMS computer software for scheduling and invoicing purposes Please note that this position may require occasional lifting of heavy objects, as well as standing or walking for extended periods of time.
