Job Description

We are seeking Bilingual - Spanish Customer Service Representatives to be a part of our team in the energy and natural resources industry, located in Middle River, Maryland. This role will require you to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and handling any inquiries they may have. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfactionUtilize various computer systems and applications to gather necessary information efficientlyCollaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issuesMaintain a customer-focused approach and demonstrate empathy while addressing customer concernsAccurately document customer interactions and update customer accounts in the systemStay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policiesMeet performance metrics and quality standards set by the companyHandle a high volume of inbound calls with a positive attitudeAssist customers by providing product information and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfactionProcess customer applications and maintain accurate customer records.
