John Evans Recruiting is conducting a search for a Vice President, Contact Center for a high growth call center in the B2C industry. This person must be based in Baltimore and must be able to lead a growing team of 150-200+ call center representatives working 7 days a week. This position is for a contact center leader who excels with workforce management and outbound lead generation. This contact center does not do customer care but instead is solely focused on outbound marketing and sales. Our client is willing to pay to relocate a candidate to Maryland for this high-profile opportunity, critical to driving revenue for their organization.Requirements:
- 15+ years of contact center leadership experience
- B2C industry experience is a must
- 5+ years of experience driving revenue in a sales-focused contact center
- Proven expertise in implementing efficiencies related to AI and technology
