Job Description

We offer comprehensive and progressive medical care complemented by exceptional service and thorough communication. Client Service Representatives play an integral role in our hospital whether they are orginizing patient care, maintaining medical records, or providing an excellent experience for our patients and the people who love them. You will fully utilize your skillset and continue to develop your knowledge for years to come! We are looking for a compassionate CSR who is ready to put their skills to work!   • Schedule - Full Time or Part Time . Full time is5-day work week, rotating Saturday requirements.
  • Compensation - $18-$20 per hour, commensuration on experience Ideal Candidate would have: 2+ year veterinary receptionist experience Knowledge of veterinary software (e.
g. Neo, AVImark, Cornerstone), or other CRM software Candidate must have: 1+ years relevant experience in a veterinary, medical, and/or customer service setting Strong customer service skills Continuous improvement mindset Work well in a team environment Remain calm under pressure Computer literacy Experience working with a multi-line phone system
