Veterinary Customer Service Representative

• Catonsville Cat Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative in Catonsville, MD.

We are a small, but BUSY feline-only practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

at least 1 year of veterinary customer service experience with excellent people skills, both written and in person, a positive and upbeat attitude, be able to be a team player with a small close-knit group of coworkers, be able to multi-task on their own, and time management skills including punctuality. Experience with Intravet is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Be able to respond to emails and calls in a timely manner
• Scheduling appointments, including answering client's questions to your best knowledge, or with asking for help if you don't know the answer
• Check clients out in a professional manner with none to few clerical errors
• Cleaning treatment rooms
• Calling other Veterinary Hospitals to retrieve records
• Filing patient charts alphabetically
• Pulling prescriptions/prescription diets for clients
