Jim Coleman Honda is looking for experienced and customer focused individuals to join our Award Winning Service Department! Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington Metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. Service BDC Agent Duties and Responsibilities Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville, MD is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team. This role involves coordinating with customers for service appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is someone that has strong customer service and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great phone ethics, works well in a team environment, and is both committed and determined daily. This job mainly consists of answering and directing phone calls, greeting, and providing excellent in-person and on the phone service to all customers, assisting team members in the areas of customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our clients and some cashier duties. There is also room for career growth if you are interested.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments Confirm appointments through phone and email Provide excellent customer service Coordinate with service department to ensure timely completion of appointments Maintain customer records and update information as needed Requirements Strong communication skills Customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Proficiency in basic computer skills
