Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cockeysville, MD. This in-office position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building positive relationships while helping customers find solutions. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, billing questions, and account updates. Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately and promptly. Maintain and update customer records within company databases and CRM systems. Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to address customer needs and concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Meet established customer service standards and response-time expectations. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Experience using CRM software or customer management systems. Previous experience in an office, call center, or service-focused environment. Bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation Salary Range:
