Job Description

Customer Service Representative Conestoga is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Columbia, MD showroom. Candidate must enjoy working at a busy service counter, as well as working the phones as a customer service representative.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • The ability to speak and communicate clearly on the phone, in person, and via email
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in telephone and in-person customer service
  • Ability to navigate a parts-number oriented computer system This position requires a dynamic, hard worker with the ability to connect with customers, and the ability to switch tasks quickly.
