Job Description

Salary Range:
$1000 Biweekly +
Monthly Commission Scope of Position:
This position is responsible for meeting and greeting customers, scheduling appointments, following up and effectively communicating with customers, using best practice scripts, cash out procedures and handling estimates for retail customers vehicles through completion of the repair process.
Daily Duties Include:
50% Being a friendly and understanding face for our service center. Giving simple, easy to understand explanations to understanding exactly what is going on with their vehicles, this also includes taking incoming customers and getting customer information, verifying appointment details and schedule appointments accordingly. 20% Perform payment procedures when customers pick up their vehicles. This includes cash, running credit or debit cards, and handling charge accounts. 30% Sales, using the correct word tracks that have been taught to effectively close every ticket with something being sold.
Expectations and Work Experience:
This position is a salaried position with a commission plan. The employee's shift is 7:50 am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday. The employee is expected to be dressed in the uniform provided by the company, clean and groomed, with a warm, friendly, calming demeanor. Employees must have basic computer skills, a minimum education of a high school diploma, and customer service experience. Additionally, they must be willing to learn, be quick on your feet in this high-paced atmosphere. The candidate must also have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, some driving may be requested.
