SERVICE ADVISOR!
Are you a people person who loves cars? Ready to turn customer visits into WOW experiences? Our dealership needs YOU to be the face of our service department ! Key Responsibilities Greet customers and listen to their service needs Write and manage repair orders from drop-off through delivery Communicate with technicians to gather repair recommendations Explain repairs, costs, and warranty details clearly and professionally Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction Help achieve department sales goals and high customer service scores Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Full time position with growth potential Health, dental, and vision insurance.
