Cashier/Customer Service (Local to Dundalk Preferred) - 2 Positions

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Answer customer inquiries, assist with product locations, and offer helpful recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally Support inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product displays Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales goals Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail when handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude towards teamwork Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn new technology

Physical Abilities:

Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.

Certification Requirement:

Must obtain a liquor certificate within a week of hiring. The cost of the liquor certificate will be covered by the company.
